MRfinancebizz is a tax services brand operated by Nexgen Compute. Nexgen Compute is the operator of the MRfinancebizz SMS program.

At MRfinancebizz, we take our clients' privacy very seriously. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and how we protect it.

  • Documents: images and PDF files of your tax documents uploaded through our secure portal.

  • Communications: messages sent through our chat, WhatsApp, or any other communication channel.

  • We use secure authentication for access to the client portal.
  • Document upload links are temporary and single-use.
  • We do not store credit card information on our servers.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. We only share information in the following cases:

  • With the IRS and state tax agencies as necessary to file your returns.
  • With service providers that help us operate our business (payment processing, secure storage), under strict confidentiality agreements.

My Accounting and Client Apps

In My Accounting, we store your business name, the bank statements you upload, their transactions, and the categories, percentages, and notes you confirm. We use Supabase to authenticate your account and store this data and documents with client-specific restricted access. Cloudflare facilitates the HTTPS connection to the service.

When you use “Check My Accounts,” we send your question and a summary of your transactions to the model we run on our infrastructure. This may include descriptions, amounts, and categories. This feature does not send your accounting data or the conversation to HighLevel and does not make changes to your records. The history of this query remains temporarily on the page; it is not saved as a permanent app conversation nor used here to train the model.

We use necessary cookies to maintain your session. Documents and transactions remain stored until their deletion is managed. You can request a copy, a correction, or the deletion of app data by writing to [email protected]; the team will verify your identity and any obligation to retain documents linked to contracted services. Also keep your original files.

Text Messages and SMS Consent

We only send marketing SMS messages when you choose to receive them. Consent for promotions is independent of messages related to appointments or services, and is not a condition for purchasing or using our services. We retain the phone number, consent selection, date, and source of registration to respect your preferences.

We do not sell or share mobile numbers or SMS consent information with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Providers that help us deliver messages, such as HighLevel/LeadConnector and telecommunications carriers, only process this information to provide the messaging service.

5. Data Retention

We retain your tax records and documents as required by federal and state law. Generally, we keep tax records for a minimum of 7 years after the filing date. You can request the deletion of non-essential data at any time.

  • Request deletion of your data (subject to legal retention requirements).
  • Withdraw your consent for marketing communications.
