What you can review
The MrFinanceBizz assistant answers inquiries about our services and provides general financial information. Do not send tax documents, social security numbers, ITINs, cards, passwords, or account numbers.
How messages are processed
Messages are processed with an artificial intelligence model on our infrastructure. The conversation is temporarily held in server memory for a maximum of 45 minutes; it is not saved as a permanent history nor used here to train the model. Responses may contain errors and do not replace professional review of your case.
What we store to contact you
Only upon completing the form and authorizing a call do we store your name, phone number, interest, and optional inquiry, along with the date and text of your authorization. We use Supabase to receive the request and HighLevel for our team to manage follow-up. We do not send your entire conversation to HighLevel.
Your contact authorization
This request authorizes a call regarding your inquiry; it does not subscribe you to automatic campaigns. If HighLevel is unavailable, we keep the request pending to retry delivery. The phone number is provided by the visitor and still needs to be verified.
How to manage your data
To review, correct, or request the deletion of your data or withdraw your authorization, write to our team via WhatsApp at 786 218 7220. You can also review the general privacy policy.
