MRfinancebizz offers federal and state tax return preparation services, including:

• Personal returns (Form 1040 and variants).
• Business returns (Schedule C, Forms 1120, 1065, etc.).
• ITIN application and renewal (Form W-7).
• Amended returns (Form 1040-X).
• Automatic filing extensions.
• General tax consulting.

To use our services, you agree to:

• Provide truthful, complete, and up-to-date information necessary for the preparation of your return.
• Submit all required documents (W-2, 1099, identification, etc.) in a timely manner.
• Review your return before filing and notify us of any errors.
• Keep your client portal login credentials secure.
• Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

Our current fees are:

• Personal Taxes: $120 for new clients. Regular price: $150.
• Personal Taxes plus Business: $250.
• Essential Bookkeeping: $250 per month, up to 100 monthly transactions.
• Growth Bookkeeping: $350 per month, up to 200 monthly transactions.
• More than 200 transactions or additional services: request a quote.

Prices may vary depending on the complexity of your tax situation. We will inform you of any additional charges before proceeding. Payment is required before the return is filed.

• You submit your documents through our secure portal. Do not send tax documents or banking information via public chat.
• Our team reviews and prepares your return.
• We send you the return for your review and approval.
• Once approved, we file the return with the IRS and/or the corresponding state agency.
• We notify you when the return has been accepted.

Our responsibility:

• To prepare your tax return accurately based on the information you provide.
• To stay current with applicable federal and state tax laws.
• To protect the confidentiality of your personal and tax information.
• To respond to IRS inquiries related to returns we have prepared.

Limitations:

• We are not responsible for errors caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the client.
• We do not guarantee a specific refund amount; estimates are approximations based on available information.
• We are not responsible for IRS processing delays or deposit times.
• Our services do not constitute legal advice. For legal matters, please consult with an attorney.

If you are not satisfied with our services:

• If we have not yet filed your return, you may cancel and receive a full refund.
• If the return has already been filed, we will work to resolve any issue at no additional cost.
• If we make an error that results in an IRS penalty, we will cover the costs of the amendment.

MRfinancebizz may contact you by email, WhatsApp, or chat regarding your inquiries and services. Using our services or providing a phone number does not imply consent to receive marketing SMS messages.

If you choose to receive promotions via SMS, the MRfinancebizz program will send you updates on tax season, tax preparation offers, and announcements of our services. Informational messages, such as appointment reminders and service updates, require a separate consent selection when offered.

• Consent is voluntary and is not a condition of purchase.
• Message frequency varies. Message and data rates from your carrier may apply.
• Reply STOP to cancel. You may receive a final message confirming the cancellation; after that, no further messages from the program will be sent unless you re-register.
• Reply HELP for help, email [email protected], or call (786) 218-7220.
• Carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.
• Do not send Social Security numbers, tax documents, or banking information via SMS. Use the secure portal for private documents.

Data handling and consent are described in our Privacy Policy.

All content on our website, including texts, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of MRfinancebizz and is protected by United States intellectual property laws.

Access to the client portal is personal and non-transferable. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your password.
• All activities conducted under your account.
• Notifying us immediately if you detect unauthorized use.

The included app versions require a client account and activation by our team. My Accounting supports one business per account, up to 50 documents, 100 MB, and 10,000 transactions. Chase Business PDFs with text or CSVs using the specified template are accepted; each file has a maximum of 10 MB and 2,000 transactions. See details in the app page.

You must upload only information you have the right to use. Balance verification does not confirm that a classification is correct or that an expense is deductible. Review transactions and keep receipts. Reports and automatic responses are work tools, may contain errors, and do not constitute a tax return or replace professional review.

NexGen Trader maintains its own access, and available features depend on its configuration. Simulations and analysis do not guarantee results; any operation with real money requires additional configuration and an independent user decision.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of Miami-Dade County, Florida.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will take effect upon publication on our website. Continued use of our services after the publication of changes constitutes your acceptance of the modified terms.
