NexGen AI is a research-preview (beta) product provided for informational and educational purposes only. It is not a broker-dealer or investment adviser and does not provide financial advice. By using it you accept full responsibility for your own trades and any resulting losses.

1. Acceptance of these Terms

By accessing or using the NexGen AI website, application, messaging, or related services (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Research preview / beta — provided "AS IS"

The Service is an early research preview and is in beta. It may contain errors and may produce inaccurate, delayed, incomplete, or unexpected results, and it may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time without notice. The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis, without warranties of any kind.

3. Not financial advice

NexGen AI is not a registered broker-dealer, investment adviser, financial planner, or tax advisor. Nothing provided through the Service — including analysis, signals, "trades," commentary, or any AI-generated output — constitutes financial, investment, legal, or tax advice, or a recommendation or solicitation to buy, sell, or hold any security. All content is for general informational and educational purposes only.

4. Your responsibility for your trades

You are solely and fully responsible for your own trading and investment decisions and for every order placed in your own brokerage account. You alone bear all risk. Any automated or assisted action occurs only through your own connected account and under your control and authorization; you remain responsible for reviewing, approving, and monitoring all activity. We do not cover, reimburse, guarantee, or share in any losses.

5. Trading risk

Trading securities, and options in particular, involves substantial risk and is not suitable for everyone. You can lose some or all of your capital, and options may expire worthless. Past, hypothetical, or illustrated performance is not indicative of future results. Please review our Risk Disclosure.

6. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally permitted to enter into contracts and to trade securities in your jurisdiction.

7. Third-party services

The Service may interact with third parties, including your brokerage (for example, Robinhood), market-data providers, and messaging platforms (for example, WhatsApp). We do not control and are not responsible for third-party services, their availability, pricing, execution, or their acts or omissions.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, attempt to reverse engineer or disrupt it, use it for any unlawful purpose, or rely on it as your sole basis for any financial decision.

9. No warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, title, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NexGen AI and its owners, operators, and affiliates shall not be liable for any trading or investment losses, or for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or relating to your use of (or inability to use) the Service. Our total aggregate liability for any and all claims shall not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (US $100).

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless NexGen AI and its owners, operators, and affiliates from and against any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your trades, or your violation of these Terms.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes are effective when posted, and your continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, for any reason, without notice.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Florida.

4. Tu responsabilidad por tus operaciones

Eres el único y total responsable de tus decisiones de trading e inversión y de cada orden colocada en tu propia cuenta de corretaje. Solo tú asumes todo el riesgo. Cualquier acción automatizada o asistida ocurre únicamente a través de tu propia cuenta conectada y bajo tu control y autorización; sigues siendo responsable de revisar, aprobar y monitorear toda la actividad. 6. Elegibilidad

7. Servicios de terceros

8. Uso aceptable

Aceptas no hacer un mal uso del Servicio, no intentar aplicar ingeniería inversa ni interrumpirlo, no usarlo con fines ilícitos y no basarte en él como único fundamento de ninguna decisión financiera.

9. Sin garantías

10. Limitación de responsabilidad

Nuestra responsabilidad total acumulada por todas las reclamaciones no excederá cien dólares estadounidenses (US $100).

11. Indemnización

Aceptas indemnizar, defender y eximir de responsabilidad a NexGen AI y a sus propietarios, operadores y afiliados frente a cualquier reclamación, pérdida, responsabilidad, daño y gasto (incluidos honorarios legales razonables) que surjan de tu uso del Servicio, tus operaciones o tu incumplimiento de estos Términos.

12. Cambios

13. Terminación
